The new library (Cultural Centre Rogelio Salmona)

Description: Lecture and workshop for the staff of the library of the Universidad Caldas, at the cultural centre “Rogelio Salmona”.
The purpose of this activity was to analyse the current user experience of the library and to create new approaches and services suitable for the upcoming new library.
During the workshop we recognized different types of visitors, motivated by the different uses the library could offer. Also we identified new services and collaborations the library could offer not only to the university community but also to the city of Manizales.
